Coordination of ISOP Expert Agendas: Framework agreement for the continuous provision of coordination services for the development and integration of the Information System for Nature Protection (ISOP) and the management of the 'Development of nationwide ISOP' project. Services include the implementation, management, and support of development requirements in two main categories: Continuous support for developments and coordination, with an average of 2 hours per day for the evaluation and resolution of requests, incident reporting (tickets) related to ongoing development tasks and system adjustments, operational coordination of document preparation for partial development tasks, daily oversight of their smooth progress including reminders and control of timely completion and deployment, and ensuring communication and operational coordination between internal expert stakeholders and external suppliers for ongoing developments. Resolution of comprehensive development requirements, with an average of 6 hours per day for overall expert coordination of the development project focusing on comprehensive development requirements, including mapping and monitoring the interconnections of individual ISOP expert agendas, detailed analysis of comprehensive development needs, specification of these ISOP development requirements for analysts and preparation of detailed tender documents, conceptual planning within project development (creation of short-term/action, medium-term, and long-term development plans) and participation in prioritizing comprehensive development requirements, complex coordination of the preparation and implementation of large developments, smooth handover of delivered solutions and detailed testing of accepted implementations including exact definition of potential changes and description of identified errors, and presentation of newly developed or modified comprehensive system functions to subject matter experts and key users.
