Technical Support, Service, and Development for IAM Infrastructure (IdStory) of AOPK ČR

Services for technical support, service, and development of the IAM infrastructure (IdStory) for AOPK ČR: Support for the project „Rozvoj celostátního ISOP“ within the National Environmental Program. Included are environmental service support, IdStory product support, including central authentication point services, operation of the Identity and Access Management system, and development of both operational systems for managing and assigning access to ISOP services for the entire contract duration. Development services are provided with an expected available capacity of 240 hours/year for system modifications and development; this scope is an estimated volume, and the contracting authority reserves the right to order a lower scope or no development services per year, depending on actual needs. Detailed requirements are described in the tender documents, particularly in Annex No. 3 (Business Conditions – draft Service Agreement).
