Provider Register for Home Care Services in Small Areas: Establishment of a register for home care services in the Central Finland wellbeing services county. The multidisciplinary social and health services are provided at home to support independent living for individuals with reduced functional capacity due to age, illness, disability, or special family/life situations. Services include individual care and nursing, activities promoting functional capacity and interaction, other supportive activities, and/or home nursing according to Health Care Act § 25 or home care according to Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) § 19a. The procurement uses a two-stage procedure combining elements of a framework agreement and a dynamic purchasing system. Service providers meeting suitability and minimum requirements will be accepted into the register. The estimated annual value of procurements is approximately 3,500,000 EUR (excl. VAT). The estimated total value of the register for its entire validity period is approximately 21,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT). The maximum value of the register for its entire validity period is 30,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT). In addition to home care services, other services supporting independent living at home may also be procured through the register. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure all services of this service package through this register and reserves the right to make individual similar procurements outside the system in permissible situations, for example, when required by a client's special needs.
