Customer Service for Enedis

Customer service: Processing of synchronous and asynchronous customer requests (inbound and outbound, omnichannel) for Enedis. This includes handling customer inquiries as a network operator (Distributor), requests from suppliers on behalf of their customers (Routing), customer contacts and processing of connection requests (Connection), and requests from producers regarding connection or contract management (Producer). Services include coverage of extended service hours in the evenings and on Saturdays. The contract will be awarded to three contractors, each required to provide a minimum of 8% of the useful production hours through advisors with disabilities.
