Custom Software Development Services: The total estimated value of the contract is 2,100,000.00 € excluding VAT. The budget for the provision of services over a period of five (5) years is 1,400,000.00 € as a maximum offer limit. Option rights with a total estimated value of up to 700,000.00 € (50% of the budget) are included. This comprises the right to extend the contract duration by up to 2.5 additional years, with a corresponding increase in the physical and financial scope under the same terms and unit prices. Furthermore, there is a right to increase the contract scope during contract execution (with or without extension) for similar services under the same terms and unit prices; in this case, the contract duration will be extended accordingly for a mutually agreed period.
