Planning, production, construction, and subsequent dismantling and disposal of the exhibition architecture for the exhibition "Katharina Sieverding". The services will be provided in the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin, with the affected exhibition hall having a net floor area of 2,329.17 m². Roofing, waterproofing, and plumbing works for Stülerbau West renovation

Renovation of the historic, listed Stülerbau West (Museum Berggruen) in Berlin. The construction measure includes roofing, roof waterproofing and plumbing work (DIN 18338, 18339) for the upgrading of the existing roof after pollutant remediation. The main quantities include approx. 450 m² of demolition of pollutant-contaminated bitumen roof waterproofing and cork insulation, as well as approx. 450 m² of new two-layer roof waterproofing and PUR-PIR thermal insulation. In addition, extensive plumbing work with titanium zinc will be carried out, including balustrade coverings and drainage gutters. The main trade is in the area of roof waterproofing and plumbing work.

Specialist lighting design services (system group 440) for the conversion of the existing lighting at the Alte Nationalgalerie to LED technology: Award of HOAI service phases 3 to 5, including the creation of a ready-for-execution lighting design with photometric calculations, cost calculation, approval documents, and complete execution planning. The planning covers exhibition, access, ancillary, and special areas, considering design, conservation, monument preservation, technical, and operational requirements. Key focuses include the illumination of sensitive exhibits, the development of control and scene concepts, and coordination with architecture, electrical planning, and exhibition design. A phased continuation for HOAI service phases 6 to 9 is intended.
