Relocation services for the Ethnological Museum in Berlin-Dahlem: complete clearing of approximately 250,000 collection objects and existing depot equipment from four floors (ground floor, ground floor gallery, upper floor, upper floor gallery) of BT 4, estimated depot area approximately 3,750 m². Existing storage technology from BT 4 will be reused for interim storage after decontamination (surface cleaning). Object transport will be in-house to building parts BT 2A, BT 2B, and BT 3, precisely cabinet- and shelf-level.

Roofing, waterproofing, and plumbing works for Stülerbau West renovation

Renovation of the historic, listed Stülerbau West (Museum Berggruen) in Berlin. The construction measure includes roofing, roof waterproofing and plumbing work (DIN 18338, 18339) for the upgrading of the existing roof after pollutant remediation. The main quantities include approx. 450 m² of demolition of pollutant-contaminated bitumen roof waterproofing and cork insulation, as well as approx. 450 m² of new two-layer roof waterproofing and PUR-PIR thermal insulation. In addition, extensive plumbing work with titanium zinc will be carried out, including balustrade coverings and drainage gutters. The main trade is in the area of roof waterproofing and plumbing work.
