Laboratory planning for research building

Laboratory planning for a new research building, plant group 7 (use-specific installations), for two buildings (Building Part 1 and Building Part 2) in service phases 5-9. Building Part 1 is a laboratory building with a laboratory scullery, S3 area, canteen, and lecture hall across 6 full floors with approx. 11,508 m² net usable area. Building Part 2 is an animal research facility with a scullery, operating room, and radionuclide area across 5 full floors with 2,332 m² net usable area. The cost ceiling (cost groups 200 to 600) for the construction task is 291,554,000 EUR gross.
