Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for pharmaceutical products and comparable preparations by Sansia Oy. Through this system, separate procurements for medicines and similar preparations are conducted, especially when no valid contracts exist or market conditions change significantly (e.g., due to patent expiry, new products, or contract termination). The DPS allows tendering for all pharmaceutical products and comparable preparations from any ATC code group, grouped according to the latest ATC classification. It is open to all Sansia owner-clients and primarily serves procurement for the Eastern Finland cooperation area, comprising the wellbeing services counties of North Savo, South Savo, North Karelia, and Central Finland. Suppliers can apply throughout the DPS validity period by submitting a request to participate. Specific requirements, descriptions, and documents will be made available to approved bidders upon the opening of each internal tender. The Dynamic Purchasing System ends on 31.12.2037.
