Warehouse Management System (WMS): Implementation, installation, maintenance, and development of the system. Maintenance services include system maintenance, error and incident management, user support, security and version updates, integration support, expert and development work, continuity and recovery support, service coordination, and reporting support for the entire contract period. The WMS will operate in the client's own IT environment ("on-premise"). Supplier employees responsible for WMS maintenance must have security clearances.
