Passenger and Patient Transport for South Ostrobothnia Social and Healthcare Sector

Passenger and patient transport: Comprehensive control service for statutory passenger transport and non-urgent patient transport for clients, employees, and other stakeholders of the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county's social and healthcare sector. This also includes minor goods transport if it can be carried out with passenger transport vehicles. The procurement is divided into two phases: In Phase 1, user transport is arranged with vehicles and personnel of transport service providers (drivers) procured by the client, directed by a control center. In Phase 2, user transport is arranged with vehicles and personnel of the control center's own, procured, or subcontractor's vehicles, directed by the control center. A complete offer must be submitted; partial or alternative offers are not accepted. Further details and requirements are contained in the tender documents and appendices, particularly in "Appendix Description of the Subject of Procurement" and "Appendix Requirement Specification". The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold according to Procurement Act 1397/2016.
