Land reclamation and infrastructure construction works: Shifting existing building lines of the Repair, Front, and West quays, total length approx. 168 m, up to approx. 180 m into Basin II; land reclamation of approx. 3 ha of Basin II; reconstruction of necessary underground and above-ground infrastructure according to Decision No. 151/2025/JS of December 22, 2025, issued by the Pomeranian Voivode. Additionally, design and construction of a road system on the reclaimed area of Basin II, based on the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), including a roundabout and associated infrastructure; author's supervision over the execution of works and obtaining the occupancy permit, if required.

Construction works for the reconstruction of ship access infrastructure in Basin V of Gdynia Port: The project is divided into two parts. Part A comprises construction works for the implementation of the project 'Expansion of Ship Access Infrastructure in Basin V – Phase 2' based on project documentation No. 12350 (PRM) / 03.236.2022 (TGD) and building permit No. 45/2025/AN dated 28.04.2025. The contractor will be provided with an area of approx. 2,000 m² in the Basin V area for their facilities. The construction works in Part A include the construction of a new Czeskie Quay line with new ramps A and A', land reclamation of part of Basin V, demolition of ramp B and restoration of the face of United States Quay, dredging works and seabed reinforcement, sanitary works, electrical works, construction of road surface on the reclaimed area and restoration of surfaces after network reconstruction and demolitions, installation of equipment on Czeskie Quay, and implementation of traffic organization in the newly created area. The design and construction works in Part B include the reconstruction of Rumuńskie Quay over approx. 360 m including equipment installation, demolition of ramps at warehouses No. 19 and 21 on the Rumuńskie Quay side, reconstruction of water and sewage networks including equipping Rumuńskie Quay with sewage reception points and water supply points for ships, reconstruction of the electrical network including equipping Rumuńskie and Stanów Zjednoczonych Quays with OPS systems for shore power supply to ro-ro vessels, construction of transformer stations, and delivery of two cable feeders, reconstruction of rail and road surface, and dredging works and seabed reinforcement, further items as per the tender documents.

Construction works for the Nuppulinna-Jokela RU2 section and Hyvinkää-Riihimäki pre-loadings: complete construction works for the Nuppulinna-Jokela section, excluding internal safety device works, works specified as not part of the contract in the tender documents, and already completed structures. For the Hyvinkää-Riihimäki section, works include pre-loading structures, counter-embankments, maintenance and private road arrangements, catenary foundations, and catenary works. The contract comprises earthworks, substructure and superstructure works, catenary, heavy current, and lighting works, external safety device works, road and street construction works, structural works, and noise protection structures. Conditional construction works linked to funding decisions from Tuusula municipality, Tuusula Water, and Senaatti Properties are also included; funding will be confirmed during the tender phase at the latest. Optional works are included for the Jokela-Hyvinkää (km 49+620 - 59+000) and Hyvinkää-Riihimäki (km 59+000 - 68+140) sections, covering pre-loading structures, counter-embankments, excavation, culvert extensions, underpasses, road, street, and maintenance roads and their modifications, cable routes, embankments, catenary foundations, cable and line relocations and protections, environmental protection measures, and works not included in the Jokela station western side contract. Options can be called off during the contract period in one or more parts, based on unit prices from the contractor's tender or at cost price.
