Long-term bank loan of PLN 7,900,000.00 for 16 years

Long-term bank loan: PLN 7,900,000.00 for 16 years to finance a planned deficit and repay existing loans and credits. The loan is based on the WIBOR 3M rate and a fixed margin with constant capital installments of PLN 400,000.00 in 2027 and PLN 500,000.00 annually from 2028 to 2042. The basis for calculating loan costs is the repayment plan (Annex 1a of the tender documents). Unused funds can be returned without interest until December 31, 2026; the minimum loan amount if the scope is reduced is PLN 1,000,000.00. Early repayment is possible, with interest calculated until the repayment date. A detailed description of the subject matter is provided in Annex 1b of the tender documents.
