Long-term Credit for Powiat Tomaszowski

Provision and management of a long-term credit: up to 17,447,714.53 PLN to finance the planned budget deficit and repay existing obligations of Powiat Tomaszowski. The minimum credit amount is 50,000.00 PLN. The credit is planned to be drawn in tranches in November 2026, no later than December 31, 2026. No commissions are charged for credit activation or individual tranches, and no additional fees are levied for unused credit portions. The grace period for capital repayment runs until April 2027. Anticipated repayment is from May 2027 to March 2043 in 191 equal monthly installments of 90,873.00 PLN each, with a final balancing installment of 90,971.53 PLN payable by April 30, 2043. Interest is calculated monthly from the date of credit activation. For offer comparison, a WIBOR 1M rate of 3.79% on July 17, 2026, and a single credit drawdown on November 5, 2026, are assumed. Credit security is provided by a blank promissory note; enforcement under Article 777 of the Polish Civil Procedure Code is excluded. Early capital repayments and extension of the repayment period are possible without additional fees or commissions, further items as per the tender documents.
