Long-term loan of PLN 7,000,000.00 for Iława County's budget deficit 2026

Long-term loan: PLN 7,000,000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit of Iława County in 2026. Loan disbursement occurs after contract conclusion by December 18, 2026, in tranches adapted to the client's needs, within a maximum of 3 business days of written instruction. The client may not utilize the full loan amount, with no additional fees for unused portions. Early repayment of the loan or parts thereof is possible without charges, with written notification on the day of planned repayment. Security for the loan is an in blanco promissory note with a promissory note declaration, countersigned by the County Treasurer. Settlements are made in Polish Zloty [PLN]. The client has the right to defer capital repayment installments and change installment amounts up to six times during the contract period. Each deferral can be for a maximum of 36 months, maintaining the final loan repayment date, requiring written notification 14 days before the earliest affected installment's due date. Interest calculation is based on the variable WIBOR 3M rate (5th official trading day before the start of the next quarterly interest period) plus the contractor's margin. If the WIBOR rate is negative, 0.00% is assumed. Loan repayment occurs in installments from September 30, 2028, to September 30, 2040. Further details are in the tender documents.
