Long-term Lease and Fleet Operation of Motor Vehicles

Long-term lease and fleet operation of 147 new road vehicles for GYSEV Zrt.: Vehicles must not have been registered in Hungary or abroad, not used as demonstration or test vehicles, the time between manufacturing and registration must not exceed 12 months, and the mileage must not exceed 50 km. The vehicles are exclusively leased and will not become the property of the contracting authority. The fleet includes: 1 passenger car, 5 passenger car combi, 3 passenger cars, 1 5-door passenger car, 12 passenger car combi, 1 minivan passenger car, 2 minibuses, 6 minibuses (4x4), 8 small commercial vehicles, 5 small commercial vehicles (4x4), 9 closed box van commercial vehicles, 5 closed box van commercial vehicles (4x4), 3 closed box commercial vehicles, 3 large closed box commercial vehicles, 1 single cab flatbed commercial vehicle, 19 double cab flatbed commercial vehicles, 12 double cab flatbed commercial vehicles (4x4), 4 double cab van commercial vehicles, 5 double cab van commercial vehicles (4x4), 42 pick-ups (4x4). In categories VI.A/VI.B, VII.A/VII.B, and VIII.A/VIII.B, only vehicles of the same make and type may be offered per category. Included services: vehicle ordering, registration, and handover management; long-term vehicle leasing; insurance administration and premium payment; insurance claims handling for damage events; organization of winter/summer tire changes, tire maintenance and repair; maintenance and repair services; provision of replacement vehicles; assistance service; reporting; tax and duty payment.
