Leasing of a surgical robot with equipment and instruments for 12 months, according to the parameters specified in the assortment and price form (Annex 1 to the SWZ). This includes the delivery of medical device kits for a total of 150 robotic procedures in urology, gynecology, general, and colorectal surgery; the expiry date of sterile single-use instruments and accessories at delivery must be at least 12 months. Furthermore, the contract covers the execution of necessary installation work for commissioning and adapting the device, training of personnel in the operation of the device, and the provision of warranty services during the lease period. The delivery period for the system is up to 14 working days from contract signing, and the maximum delivery period for tool and accessory kits from the date of order by the client is 5 working days. The bidder must supply an operating manual (1 paper copy) in Polish, a technical device passport, a maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization manual (1 paper copy) in Polish, and CE conformity declaration(s). Installation will take place at the location specified by the client. Training includes the operation of the surgical robot for technical staff, maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of the instruments, basic operational training at the installation site after equipment acceptance at the date specified by the client for the surgical robot, and extended training for medical personnel in the operation of the surgical robot, organized for 3 teams (consisting of operator and assistant), after equipment acceptance at dates specified by the client. Clinical training areas are gynecology, urology, general, and colorectal surgery. Application support during the warranty period is possible if required by the client. Copies of training certificates must be delivered to the HR department. Documented possibility of educational cooperation in robotic surgery of the offered device with operators with documented experience, including a document with a list of cooperating operators, is required. Full service and execution of mandatory technical inspections during the warranty period according to the manufacturer's schedule, with the last inspection in the final month of the warranty. The bidder (manufacturer of the offered robotic system) must have an implemented and certified environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001 or equivalent, covering the design, production, service, and distribution of medical devices, including surgical robotics systems. Bids involving supplies (surgical robot, equipment, surgical instruments) from third countries not party to international agreements are not permitted. Third countries are defined as countries other than those specified in Art. 16b of the Public Procurement Law of 11.09.2019 (Journal of Laws 2026, item 793, as amended), which are not parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements to which the European Union is a party, guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market. The country of origin is the country where the surgical robot, its equipment, and surgical instruments were entirely produced, or where the last substantial, economically justified processing or working was carried out in an enterprise equipped for that purpose, resulting in a new product or constituting a significant stage of manufacture, if more than one country was involved in the production.
