Leasing of Central Printers for the Ministry of Digital Governance

Financial leasing of 21 central multifunction printers (9 A3 monochrome, 12 A3 color) for Buildings A & B of the central service of the Ministry of Digital Governance. The service includes cloud device management, maintenance and troubleshooting, and the supply of consumables (toner, waste containers). The contract duration is 36 months with a purchase option at the end of the contract. Included are repair, maintenance, spare parts, and consumables (excluding paper and staples), as well as the obligation to replace equipment if repairs exceed 24 hours or are uneconomical. The total copy volume over three years is 2,700,000 monochrome copies and 300,000 color copies, with flexible annual quantities.
