Supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a network of traffic violation recording cameras

Supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a traffic violation recording system: The system must be interoperable with the "Unified National Digital Recording & Management System for Traffic Controls & Fines - Hellenic Police" and provide the necessary data for processing. This includes the supply, installation, and configuration of 1,000 fixed traffic violation recording systems for controlling red light violations, bus lane occupation, speeding, mobile phone use, and non-use of seatbelt/helmet, supporting the recording of traffic signals and real-time transmission of violation data. Also included are secure interconnections of the camera systems via a mobile network provider with the central IT systems of the Hellenic Police, the supply, installation, and commissioning of all equipment, the development, installation, and parameterization of suitable software for system use by Hellenic Police personnel, training services for Hellenic Police personnel on the use and management of the integrated system, and operation services with a guaranteed service level (SLA) and fault rectification for five (5) years from system installation and commissioning.
