Leasing, Washing, and Distribution of Hospital Linen for Spec. Psych ZOZ in Łódź

Services for leasing, washing, and distribution of hospital linen and other hospital supplies: Collection and washing of dirty hospital linen and other items owned by the client, as well as items owned by patients; collection and washing of dirty hospital linen leased from the contractor; and leasing of 600 sets of white hospital linen. Each set consists of a duvet cover (160x200 cm), a pillowcase (80x80 cm), and a fitted sheet (90x200x15 cm). Delivery of clean, washed linen occurs daily on working days (Monday to Friday) between 12:00 and 13:00, with presence at Psychiatric Ward C marking the start time; presence after 13:00 will be treated as a delay. One afternoon transport per week is permitted, to be completed by 18:00. The service directly covers 10 hospital wards, the admission room, the pharmacy, and PZPA, all located at ul. Aleksandrowska 159, Łódź, with distances of approx. 100-150 m between pavilions. Disinfection in continuous washer-extractors is included, followed by washing of the disinfected items. Transport for washing, disinfection, and return delivery is the contractor's responsibility and cost. Estimated quantities for the entire 36-month contract period are: approx. 147,000 kg of hospital linen owned by the client, approx. 1,200 kg of other items not owned by the client (e.g., patient clothing), approx. 1,080 kg of other items owned by patients, and approx. 114,000 kg of leased linen. The 600 sets of leased hospital linen are made of cotton-polyester fabric (50%/50%) with a grammage of not less than 170 g/m², washable at 95 °C, disinfectable, and with a bacteriostatic aperture. After 36 months of contract duration, the 600 leased sets become the property of the client; in case of early contract termination, a proportional share becomes the client's property.
