Leasing services for welfare regions, their companies, and Istekki Oy: Financing leasing, administration services for leased assets, handling of returned leased assets, and other separately ordered services. The contract duration is two (2) years, with an option to extend by a maximum of two (2) additional years. The estimated value of the financed capital for leased assets during the entire contract period (incl. option) is approximately 200,000,000 to 235,000,000 Euros (excl. VAT). The estimated value of separately ordered services is approximately 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 Euros (excl. VAT). The maximum total value for leasing services, finance leasing, and separately ordered services is 245,000,000 Euros (excl. VAT). The estimated value for leased assets of limited companies and foundations is approximately 97,000,000 Euros (excl. VAT). EU Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 on distortive foreign subsidies in the internal market must be observed. further items as per the tender documents.
