State Leasing Services 2027

Leasing services for state agencies and institutions, non-budgetary state organizations, universities, higher education institutions (including polytechnics), and EU organizations: includes leasing financing, administration services for leased items, services related to the handling of returned leased items after the rental period, and other separately ordered services. The contract period is 2 years, with an option for Hansel Oy to extend by one period of up to 2 years. The estimated anticipated VAT-exclusive value for financed leased items over the contract period (including option) is between 70,000,000 and 94,000,000 Euros. The estimated anticipated VAT-exclusive value for separately ordered minimum required services, voluntary services, and other additional services over the contract period (including option) is between 2,000,000 and 6,000,000 Euros. The maximum VAT-exclusive total value for financed capital, minimum required services, voluntary services, and other additional services over the contract period (including option) is 100,000,000 Euros. Seven (7) clients have preliminarily indicated a desire to use their own security agreement. The estimated anticipated VAT-exclusive value for financed leased items from limited companies and foundations is approximately 36,000,000 Euros.
