Food supply for Janusz Korczak Primary School in Józefosław
Supply of food items: Successive deliveries of food items in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 2, estimated requirement for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. Deliveries will only take place during school terms. The items must comply with the requirements of Polish standards (PN) or harmonized European standards, in accordance with the Minister of Health's regulation of 26 July 2016 on food groups intended for sale to children and adolescents in educational institutions and the requirements for food used in collective catering for children and adolescents in these institutions. The supplier must deliver fresh, class I products with an appropriate shelf life, with dairy products having a minimum shelf life of 21 days and bread having an appropriate shelf life. A commercial identification document must be attached to each delivery.
