Milk and milk products for production kitchens in Bergen and cooperation partners

Milk and milk products for production kitchens: Units included in the agreement can purchase locally produced food from Vestland County outside the agreement, provided goods are bought directly from the manufacturer or from sales locations exclusively selling locally produced food. Procurements from grocery chains or outlets with a mixed product range are not included in this exception. Separate contracts exist for deliveries of groceries, fish products, meat products, fruits, and vegetables to the production kitchen, as well as food products for service places with food production and for nurseries and schools in household packages. Cheese, butter, and other dairy products for production kitchens are sold under the groceries contract.
