Building object planning services for the new CAMPUS der Generationen, Frobenstraße 27-29, Berlin-Schöneberg

Notice title: Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude für den Neubau CAMPUS der Generationen in der Frobenstraße 27-29, 10783 Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg

Architectural services according to HOAI, Part 3 Object Planning, Section 1 Buildings and Interiors: phased award of service phases (LP) 2 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI, including special services; LP 1 to 2 will be commissioned upon contract signing. Total costs according to DIN 276 of approximately 14,479,000.00 € gross, of which eligible costs for cost groups 300 are 8,430,000.00 € gross and 400 are 2,566,000.00 € gross. The property Frobenstraße 27–29 in Berlin-Schöneberg covers approx. 3,395 m². The existing "Villa Schöneberg" (approx. 480 m² gross floor area) will be completely demolished, and contaminated building components disposed of. A new building with approx. 2,611 m² gross floor area and approx. 1,632 m² usable area will be constructed on the street-side, approx. 1,386 m² property of the youth welfare office, without a basement, connected to the five-story building Frobenstraße 26. The building combines uses such as the "Villa Schöneberg" children's and youth leisure facility (KJFE), Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus educational and family counseling (EFB), Schöneberg Nord district coordination (STK), Kurmark neighborhood and family center (NFZ), children's and youth health service (KJGD), as well as rooms for self-managed neighborhood activities and youth groups. Access is to be planned in a usage-differentiated manner; the central, barrier-free main access serves counseling and health services. Further items as per the tender documents.
