Delivery of a Surface Transport Management System (ŘSPD) II: for the contracting authority's vehicle fleet (buses, trolleybuses, trams) with subsequent support and development for 20 years. The system enables efficient real-time (24/7) management of public surface transport with high availability, cybersecurity, and data protection. It includes traffic management based on current operations, automated data flow between vehicles and dispatch systems, operational information (timetables, vehicle and personnel movements), communication (driver-dispatcher, vehicle-dispatch), emergency control and communication, data provision for other systems, automatic process execution and evaluation, and vehicle information (energy management, vehicle status). The fleet as of 31.12.2025 comprises: 1,192 buses, 38 trolleybuses, and 794 trams. 155 bus lines, 36 tram lines, and 2 trolleybus lines are operated.
