Surface Transport Management System (ŘSPD) II

Supply of a new Surface Transport Management System (ŘSPD) for the contracting authority's fleet (buses, trolleybuses, trams), including subsequent support and development for 20 years. The system enables efficient real-time (24/7) management of public surface transport with high availability and ensures a high level of cybersecurity, data, and service protection in compliance with Czech and EU legislation. Includes traffic management based on ongoing operations, automated data flow management and mediation between vehicles and dispatch systems, operational information (timetables, vehicle and personnel movements), communication (driver-dispatcher, vehicle-dispatch), emergency control and communication, data provision for other systems, automatic process execution and evaluation based on operational data, and vehicle information (energy management, vehicle status). The contracting authority's fleet as of 31.12.2025 comprised: 1,192 buses, 38 trolleybuses, and 794 trams. Buses operate 155 lines, trams 36 lines, and trolleybuses 2 lines.
