Supply, Construction, and Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in Iași County

Supply, construction, and installation of 20 electric vehicle charging stations in Iași County: The stations will be installed at 12 locations, including one each at the National Museum of Romanian Literature Iași, the Clinical Pneumoftiziologie Hospital Iași, the Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital "Cuza Vodă" Iași, the "Ion Holban" Technical College Iași, and the "Constantin Păunescu" Special Gymnasium Iași. Three stations are planned for the Moldova Iași Exhibition Center, three for D.G.A.S.P.C. Iași, two for the "Vasile Pogor" Museum Iași, three for the "Luceafărul" Theater Iași, two for the "Sf. Maria" Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children Iași, one for the "Prof. Dr. Nicolae Oblu" Clinical Emergency Hospital Iași, and one for the Pașcani Special Gymnasium. Services include the preparation and submission of documentation for permits and approvals, preparation of DTAC, DTOE, Technical Project, and connection documentation, obtaining building permits for construction and installation works, grid connection, and obtaining the connection certificate. Also included are terrain preparation and landscaping, creation of access roads, establishment of 2 parking spaces per charging station, pouring concrete foundations, embedding threaded anchor rods, installation of charging stations and electrical panels, connection of charging stations to electrical panels and adjacent transformer stations according to technical connection sheets. At 5 locations, the procurement and installation of associated transformer stations for grid connection are required. Finally, commissioning of the charging stations and installation of signage and visual identification elements are part of the scope. The estimated contract value is 5,223,989.89 Lei without VAT, comprising 2,000,924.21 Lei for utilities and 3,223,065.68 Lei for basic investment (651,878.76 Lei for construction and installations, 21,186.92 Lei for assembly of machinery and equipment, 2,550,000.00 Lei for machinery and equipment requiring assembly).
