Supply of a banknote counting solution and associated services for La Poste

Supply of banknote counting machines and associated services for La Poste sites: Type 1 banknote counting machines (simple counters) for counting and valuing banknotes in cash environments with moderate or standard fiduciary volume; Type 2 banknote counting machines (sorters) for sorting banknotes according to predefined criteria (category, condition, other configurable criteria) in environments with higher fiduciary volume or requiring systematic sorting. Services include the supply of Type 1 and Type 2 counting machines, accessories, consumables (for banknote conditioning, potential peripherals, routine maintenance, wear parts) and software necessary for equipment operation. Also included are warranty and technical support, management of updates (software, sensors) and workshop return repairs, the possibility of training first-level maintenance technicians, and the provision of technical and user documentation in French. Associated logistics services such as packaging, transport, and delivery to the ELL (Entrepôt Logistique Logissimo) in Roye as a central logistics point are also part of the scope. Complementary services may include extended warranties for counting machines, training, out-of-warranty maintenance (repair packages, wear parts), and the take-back and treatment of end-of-life equipment (WEEE). The market scope covers metropolitan France (including Corsica) as well as overseas departments and regions (DROM) and overseas collectivities (COM). Estimated volume: approx. 2,462 Type 1 counting machines and approx. 2,062 Type 2 counting machines, totaling approx. 4,524 devices. Quantities are estimates and do not constitute a commitment to order. Single-award contract with a maximum amount of 4,000,000 Euro excl. VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods. Offer validity: one year, further items as per the tender documents.
