Maintenance of Servers, Storage Systems, and Backup Hardware for La Poste and Subsidiaries

Maintenance of servers, storage systems, and backup hardware: Comprehensive maintenance services for physical and virtual servers, storage systems, network equipment, virtualization infrastructures, and critical end-of-life or out-of-warranty equipment for La Poste and its subsidiaries La Banque Postale, Chronopost, and Alturing. Services include preventive, evolutionary, and corrective maintenance, technical support, and material re-assurance. The equipment park covers hardware and firmware/microcode across approximately 360 sites, estimated at approximately 4,600 machines of various brands (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, Oracle, HP, EMC, Netapp, Hitachi Vantara, Nutanix appliances). Equipment may be under standard manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, or out of warranty. The service provider must possess valid manufacturer qualifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo) to act as a third-party maintainer. Associated services include reporting and inventory of the equipment park, technical support (24/7, French-speaking, single call number, electronic services for incident submission and tracking), complementary maintenance for IBM Power equipment, consulting (selection aid, compatibility guidance), hardware or software audit and expertise, equipment relocation (end-to-end management including racking/de-racking operations, packaging, transport, insurance), provision of a telemonitoring tool for proactive fault detection (linked to ticketing system), occasional machine loan, purchase and/or resale of materials, dismantling or destruction of equipment, and reversibility services. One awardee is anticipated. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €7,500,000 (excl. tax), with an estimated value of €6,000,000 (excl. tax), both over the total duration including renewal periods. The offer validity is one year.
