Supply of a single-channel external stimulator for Cardiology

Supply of medical equipment: The offered medical device must possess all required certificates and registrations according to legal provisions and comply with applicable norms or technical specifications; equivalent solutions are permissible. Goods may originate from the People's Republic of China for a maximum of 50% of the total order value if the IZM measure applies according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Art. 8 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031; subcontracting to Chinese entities is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value under the same conditions. Evaluation criteria are price (60%), warranty period (20%), and delivery time (20%).
