Construction works for the modernization and reconstruction of the Cardiac Surgery Department's Operating Block: The detailed scope of services is specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SWZ) and the functional-utility program as Annex 4 to the SWZ. Execution must comply with applicable technical regulations, building law, Polish standards, and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of construction works. Materials used must be approved for construction use and accepted by the contracting authority. Offers will be evaluated based on price (60%) and warranty and guarantee (40%).
