Delivery of a highly specialized ultrasound device for obstetrics, gynecology, and fetal medicine

Delivery of a new highly specialized ultrasound device for obstetrics, gynecology, and fetal medicine: including assembly, installation, commissioning, performance of preliminary tests and functional tests, on-site training of medical specialists, provision of necessary technical documentation, conformity certificates, and operating instructions in Bulgarian, as well as warranty maintenance and delivery of necessary parts and materials within the warranty period. Delivery is to Medical Center "Lozenets" Ltd., Sofia, Kozyak St. No. 1. The minimum warranty period is not less than 24 months full warranty. The delivery period is not more than 60 calendar days from the date of the order letter. The period for assembly, setup, trial testing, and commissioning is not more than 10 calendar days from the date of equipment delivery. Training for medical specialists must be conducted within 5 calendar days from the date of assembly, setup, technical testing, and commissioning of the delivered medical equipment, and last for 5 working days according to a pre-agreed schedule. The contract will be concluded conditionally, as funding is not secured at the time of the tender announcement, in accordance with Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
