Supply of a complex pain therapy system for "Sfânta Maria" Clinical Hospital, intended for the development and modernization of its capacity for evaluation, interventional treatment, monitoring, and care of patients with acute and chronic pain syndromes. The system comprises: a neuromonitoring system for nerve functions, radiofrequency ablation equipment, a cryoablation system, a multidisciplinary ultrasound scanner, a radiolucent table, and an electric bed with a weighing system and anti-decubitus mattress. The system will be supplied new, unused, and unrefurbished, in a complete and functional configuration, including all accessories, auxiliary devices, cables, connections, software applications, licenses, and other elements necessary for installation, commissioning, and safe use. The procurement includes transport, handling, delivery to the specified location, unpacking, assembly, installation, configuration, connection to available infrastructure, calibration, testing, functional checks, and commissioning of the entire system. The contractor will also provide training for designated medical and technical personnel, handover of technical, user, conformity, and service documentation, as well as warranty services, preventive and corrective maintenance, and technical support. All obligations regarding supply, installation, commissioning, and personnel training must be fulfilled within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the order receipt. Installation, testing, and commissioning of the entire system must be completed within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the date of complete physical delivery of all components. The system will have a minimum full warranty period of 24 months, calculated from the date of acceptance and commissioning. The contractor will ensure the availability of maintenance, repair services, and spare parts for a minimum of 6 years after the warranty expiration, with post-warranty services subject to separate acquisitions.
