Delivery of a new M3/I hydrogen fuel cell bus

Delivery of a new M3/I hydrogen fuel cell bus: 1 unit, as a low-floor city solo bus, manufactured no later than 2024. The vehicle must have a 36-month warranty (unlimited mileage) including mandatory repairs and maintenance; the drive battery and fuel cell system have a 72-month warranty. Low-floor definition: single-level design without steps, sill height at all doors maximum 340 mm (reducible to 260 mm with kneeling function at at least one door), walking floor height maximum 400 mm. Solo bus definition: two-axle road vehicle for passenger transport, not connected to electric overhead lines, with at least 10 permanent seats (incl. driver's seat), length between 11.5 and 12.7 meters, maximum permissible gross weight not exceeding 19.5 tons. M3 vehicle category: buses with a maximum permissible gross weight of more than 5 tons. M3/I vehicle class: vehicles with standing areas for frequent passenger movement (city buses) according to UN ECE Regulation No. 107, Class I. Hydrogen fuel cell bus: hydrogen-powered vehicle using compressed gaseous hydrogen, including fuel cells (UN ECE Reg. 134, point 2.9); fuel cell system includes cell stack(s), air processing, fuel flow control, exhaust, thermal management, and water management system (UN ECE Reg. 134, point 2.12); zero-emission vehicle (6/1990 (IV.12) KöHÉM decree, § 2 (8)). Performance: at least 8 kW/ton (peak power) relative to the maximum permissible gross weight. Engine: exclusively zero-emission electric motor. Delivery with first registration, valid Hungarian technical inspection, and license plates. The vehicle registration certificate must include the entries "road-friendly axle", "suitable for scheduled passenger transport", and "suitable for public passenger transport". All structural elements must have an "e"/"E" approval mark. Included is Hungarian-language training for bus drivers and maintenance personnel on bus operation, use, and maintenance. Equivalent products are accepted.
