Delivery of a new medium fire-fighting and rescue vehicle for OSP Opoczki
Delivery of a new medium fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive: one vehicle, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, including equipment. Equivalent or better technical parameters are permissible, proof of equivalence required. Acceptance of the vehicle at the contracting authority's premises or an agreed location within the Aleksandrów Kujawski Municipality. No delivery of used vehicles. Handover includes all key/electronic card sets supplied by the manufacturer, operating manual, manufacturer's warranty document, and homologation certificate. Vehicle and equipment must comply with the Polish Road Traffic Law of 20 June 1997 (Dz. U. 2024, pos. 1251), its implementing acts, and other applicable national and EU laws; adaptation for right-hand traffic is required. No partial offers permitted. Co-financing from state budget subsidies (State Treasury, represented by the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service) and targeted grants from the Aleksandrów Kujawski Municipality budget.
