Delivery of a School Bus for Student Transport in Domaniewice

Delivery of a brand new school bus for student transport to primary schools in the Domaniewice Commune, manufactured no earlier than 2026. The vehicle must be technically sound, complete, and free of defects, with a maximum mileage of 2,000 km, not previously registered or used for test/demonstration drives. It must not be a prototype but serially produced and already sold to carriers in the EU or associated countries. The bus must be equipped with a diesel engine meeting at least the Euro-6 Step-E emission standard (according to Regulation WE No. 595/2009) and suitable for fuel containing biocomponents as per PN EN590:2022-08. The engine control system must not contain hidden programs that alter emission levels. A minimum 24-month mechanical warranty without mileage limit is required for the entire vehicle, including paintwork, electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, as well as the running gear. The share of products originating from EU member states or countries with equal treatment agreements must exceed 50%. Delivery will be made to the location specified by the contracting authority after technical acceptance.
