Delivery of medical equipment: The offered medical devices must possess the required approvals and certificates, be registered and placed on the market in accordance with the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and comply with applicable standards and technical specifications. The bidder is responsible for fulfilling all legal requirements for placing the product on the market in Poland. Equivalent solutions to mentioned brands, patents, or technical specifications are permissible. Evaluation will be based on price (60%) and delivery time (40%).
