Supply, Installation, and Service of Weighing Systems for Waste Collection Vehicles

Supply and installation of brand new weighing systems for waste collection vehicles, including conformity assessment and re-legalization of each system by the Central Office of Measures (GUM) or the District Office of Measures (OUM) or an equivalent authorized institution. The contract also includes training and a service for the duration of the 36-month warranty. The weighing systems must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025. The contract duration is 210 calendar days, with a deadline for delivery, installation, and conformity assessment of 14 calendar days from vehicle availability. Dynamic weighing systems are automatic scales for single loads of class Y (b), consisting of a weighing computer, measuring sensors, triggering sensors, container presence detection system, cabling, and mounting elements. The number and type of sensors must be adapted by the contractor to the loading device. These systems are intended for dust-free vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 26-27 t, a minimum payload of 10 t, and a load capacity of 18-23 m³ or with a GVW of 12-17 t, a minimum payload of 5 t, and a load capacity of 7-11 m³. The vehicles are equipped with a loading device according to PN-EN 1501-5:2021-08 (or equivalent) and suitable for containers from 120 l to 1100 l (PN-EN840 or equivalent). Weighing occurs during the emptying process without interruption. Static weighing systems are non-automatic scales for measuring the load transmitted by a crane structural element during operation (measurement after load stabilization), or for weighing containers after loading onto the vehicle chassis (without interrupting the emptying cycle). These will be mounted on box-body vehicles with a tipper and crane (GVW 12 t, minimum payload 5 t, lifting capacity at outreach min. 9.2 m – min. 760 kg) or on container vehicles (GVW 6-9 t, minimum payload 2.8 t). Financing may be via leasing.
