Supply, Installation, and Service of Weighing Systems for Waste Collection Vehicles

Supply and installation of brand new weighing systems for waste collection vehicles, including conformity assessment by the Central Office of Measures (GUM) or Regional Office of Measures (OUM) or an equivalent authorized institution, re-legalization, training, and service for the duration of the warranty. The contract period is up to 210 calendar days, with delivery, installation, and conformity assessment to be completed within 14 calendar days after vehicle availability. The weighing systems must be brand new and manufactured no earlier than 2025. A 36-month warranty is provided for each installed system, with the service period matching the warranty period. Financing via leasing is possible. Systems include automatic scales for single loads of class Y (b) for dynamic systems (comprising weighing computer, measuring sensors, trigger sensors, container presence detection, cabling, mounting elements) and non-automatic scales for static systems (for measuring load on crane or container weight after loading). Dynamic systems are intended for dust-free bodies with 26-27 t gross vehicle weight, min. 10 t payload, and 18-23 m³ load volume, equipped with loading devices according to PN-EN 1501-5:2021-08 (or equivalent), compatible with containers from 120 l to 1,100 l (PN-EN840 or equivalent), with rear loader and comb on crossbeam and folding arms, with weighing occurring during the emptying process without interruption. Static systems are intended for flatbed vehicles with tipper and crane (12 t gross vehicle weight, min. 5 t payload, min. 9.2 m outreach – min. 760 kg lifting capacity) or for container vehicles (6-9 t gross vehicle weight, min. 2.8 t payload) with loading device with sliding/articulated hook, with weighing occurring after load stabilization or after container loading.
