Medical Services for Occupational Medicine, Vaccinations, Additional Medical Care, and Rehabilitation

Medical services: Occupational medicine, protective vaccinations, additional medical care, and rehabilitation for employees of the Municipal Cleaning Company Warsaw (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania w m.st. Warszawie sp. z o.o.), managers, and job candidates (for initial occupational medicine examinations only). Also included are one spouse/partner designated by the employee (costs for additional medical care without rehabilitation borne by the employee) and an unlimited number of the employee's children (costs for additional medical care without rehabilitation borne by the employee). Services are provided in accordance with the Polish Labour Code of June 26, 1974, and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of May 30, 1996. Estimated number of persons for a contract period of 24 months: occupational medicine 1,500 persons; additional medical care 1,050 persons; rehabilitation within additional medical care (for employees only) 1,050 persons; additional medical care for spouse/partner 160 persons; additional medical care for children up to 18 years 155 persons; additional medical care for children aged 18-26 years 155 persons.
