Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioners for SDVR

Delivery, installation, and warranty maintenance of air conditioners for the SDVR in Sofia: 289 units of wall-mounted inverter air conditioners with 12,000 BTU, refrigerant R32, energy efficiency min. A+ (cooling/heating), operating temperature -10°C to +40°C, indoor unit noise < 45 dB, 230 V/50 Hz, SEER min. 5.5, SCOP min. 3.5; 5 units of wall-mounted inverter air conditioners with 18,000 BTU, refrigerant R32, energy efficiency min. A+ (cooling/heating), operating temperature -10°C to +40°C, indoor unit noise < 45 dB, 230 V/50 Hz, SEER min. 5.5, SCOP min. 3.5; 6 units of wall-mounted inverter air conditioners with 24,000 BTU, refrigerant R32, energy efficiency min. A+ (cooling/heating), operating temperature -10°C to +46°C, indoor unit noise ≤ 48 dB, 230 V/50 Hz, SEER min. 5.5, SCOP min. 4.0. Warranty maintenance is for a minimum of 24 months. Delivery and installation will take place at several administrative buildings of the SDVR in Sofia, including the main administration at Antim I Str. 5, as well as regional police directorates 01 RU to 09 RU, the Special Police Forces, and the Traffic Police Department. The contracting authority reserves the right to exclude, add, or require performance at only one or several of the specified locations. All possible delivery addresses are within the city of Sofia. Execution will occur in 3 stages, with 100 air conditioners delivered and installed in each stage. The total contract duration is up to 18 months from contract signing. Delivery and installation per stage must be completed within 80 days of request. Requests for the 2nd and 3rd stages will be sent no earlier than 60 and no later than 100 calendar days after acceptance of the previous stage.
