Delivery and installation of an urn wall system with 46 chambers at the New Cemetery in Barleben: granite cubes with dimensions 40 x 40 x 40 cm, space for at least 3 over-urns or 4 ash capsules; urn chambers made of 1 cm thick high-quality granite with a special carrier plate (1 cm thick laminate panel with special surface coating for outdoor applications) and barrier function against moisture penetration; granite closure plate 38 x 38 x 1 cm with a special carrier plate 1 cm thick and a non-visible closure system; plinth construction made of natural anodized aluminum, clad with porcelain stoneware tiles in slate look, anchored to the existing earth foundation, plinth height 30 - 45 cm. Execution period: October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid; multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Required securities include 0.2% of the gross final invoice amount for construction insurance (from 10,000 Euro gross), 0.5% for construction electricity and water (from 10,000 Euro gross), contractual penalties of 0.1% of the contract sum per working day for exceeding the completion deadline (maximum 5% of the contract sum) and 0.5% for exceeding individual deadlines (maximum 5% of the contract sum). Security deposits for defect claims amount to 5% from 10,000 Euro gross contract value or 3% from 25,000 Euro gross contract value; for contract fulfillment 5% from 100,000 Euro gross contract value or 3% from 250,000 Euro gross contract value. Interim invoices are permitted from a proven construction progress of 5,000 Euro gross up to a maximum of 90% of the confirmed contract value. For construction projects from 100,000 Euro gross, a payment plan must be agreed upon. Proof of suitability is provided via pre-qualification or self-declaration of suitability, further proofs as per tender documents.
