Supply and Maintenance of 2 Combustion Turbo-Alternator Groups and Control System for a New Power Generation Facility in France

Supply and maintenance of 2 identical combustion turbo-alternator groups and the central control and command system for a new power generation facility in mainland France. Supply (Market A): Includes studies, design, manufacturing, supply, transport, assembly assistance, and industrial commissioning of the 2 combustion turbo-alternator groups, their auxiliaries, the control and command system for the turbo-alternator groups (TAC) and the Balance of Plant (BOP), as well as supervision and training. The TACs operate in an open cycle with HVO bioliquid and have a net electrical power of approximately 300 MWe per unit. The scope of supply per combustion turbine includes the turbo-alternator from air intake to chimney exit, all auxiliary systems, a skid for liquid fuel (HVO) booster pumps, and a skid for demineralized water booster pumps. The central Digital Control System (SNCC) comprises the control and command system of the TAC, the control and command system for BOP process and electrical, the supervision system, and RTU interfaces with external services. Exclusions are on-site electromechanical assembly (except turbine and alternator placement on GC foundations), civil engineering works, design and realization of the BOP (fuel and water storage and distribution, except booster pump skids), and the electricity evacuation system (downstream of alternator terminals). Maintenance (Market B): Multi-year framework contract for the supply and repair of spare parts, maintenance services, and technical assistance for the combustion turbines, alternators, and their main auxiliaries after their industrial commissioning. Also included are the maintenance of operational conditions (MCO) and safety conditions (MCS) of the central control and command system (TAC + BOP) after its commissioning.
