Supply of medicinal products, including cytostatics, medicinal products from drug programs, and compounding accessories for Copernicus Podmiot Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk. The contract comprises 67 lots with contract durations of 12, 18, or 24 months, depending on the lot. The maximum delivery period is 3 working days for most lots and up to 3 weeks for lot 40. Products must comply with applicable laws (Medical Devices Act 2022, Pharmaceutical Law 2001) and be approved for circulation. Information on reimbursement eligibility is required. Equivalent products are permitted; detailed requirements and quantities are specified in Annex 1 of the tender documents.
