Delivery of 6 bus-type vehicles in unmarked police version: Detailed description in Annex 5 and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. A sample EC conformity certificate for the base vehicle must be submitted with the offer, confirming parameters from Annex 5 (points 1.4.1.4-1.4.1.6, 1.4.2.1-1.4.2.3, 1.4.5.1-1.4.5.3). Equivalent documentary evidence is accepted if it confirms compliance; self-declarations created by the bidder are not equivalent. Evaluation criteria such as maximum net engine power, actual mass of the base vehicle, and WLTP combined fuel consumption will be scored based on data from the EC conformity certificate. No points will be awarded in these criteria if the document is not submitted with the offer. Foreign language evidence must be submitted with a Polish translation.
