Delivery of Medicinal Products for SBALPFZ SOFIA OBLAST EOOD
Delivery of medicinal products: periodic delivery upon preliminary request of medicinal products included in Appendix 2 of the PLS under Art. 262, para. 6, item 2 of the ZLPHM for SBALPFZ SOFIA OBLAST EOOD. The medicinal products are specified in an initial "Technical Specification" detailing ATC code, international non-proprietary name, dosage forms, quantity of active substance, unit of measure, and estimated quantity. The specification may be partially modified by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The stated quantities are estimated and not binding. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will operate for 24 months. Individual contracts concluded within the DPS will have a term of 12 months. The DPS functions in two stages: Stage 1 (Supplier Qualification) – submission of applications for participation by 24.09.2026; review of initial applications within 10 working days. Stage 2 (Collection of Offers for Specific Orders) – invitations to submit offers for specific orders are sent to all qualified candidates, with technical and price proposals to be classified by a commission.
