Delivery of medicinal products for therapy programs and cancer chemotherapy for the USK-2 PUM Clinics in Szczecin: Products must comply with Polish Pharmaceutical Law (Dz. U. 2001.126.1381), be approved for marketing in Poland, and (with the exception of Lot 6) be listed in Annex B of the Minister of Health's announcement on reimbursed medicines. A minimum shelf life of 12 months from delivery is required. Quantities are estimated and may vary based on actual needs, with the total contract value not to be exceeded; full realization is not guaranteed. The tender comprises 8 lots; no partial or variant offers are permitted. Duration: 24 months from contract conclusion.
