Supply of Railway Crushed Stone for a Dynamic Purchasing System

Supply of railway crushed stone: Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of railway crushed stone. The planned quantity per individual contract within the DPS bidding phases is 50,000 tons. Actual procurement quantities may exceed estimated amounts, as there is no obligation to purchase. The expected maximum order of magnitude for individual contracts is approximately a 2-year quantity, with annual procurement needs to be covered. There is a possibility to conclude framework agreements longer than 1 year or one-off, ad-hoc purchase contracts. The exact quantity, duration, or framework amount of individual contracts will be determined in the respective bidding procedures after the DPS is established. The DPS will be set up for 48 months and can be extended according to Kbt. § 107 (9). Technical and quality specifications according to MSZ EN 13450:2003 standard and MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. Instruction 117/2025 (XII. 05. MÁV ÉRT. 31.) PMVIG D.26. Railway crushed stone ballast instruction. Valid NMÉ permits or declarations of performance, or type test certificates issued by a DEBO organization, are required as per Government Decree 275/2013. (VII.16) and Chapter 4.4 of the aforementioned MÁV instruction. All material characteristics must meet the requirements of the MÁV instruction for speed criteria of V ≥ 120 km/h and V ≥ 160 km/h, and comply with occupational safety, fire protection, health, and environmental regulations.
