Fault and Troubleshooting Works for Buildings for 2026-2027

Maintenance, operational fault and troubleshooting, repair, damage control, restoration, and demolition works for buildings and structures in the areas of the Pályavasúti Területi Igazgatóság Budapest (West), Pécs, Budapest (East), Szeged, Debrecen, and Miskolc for the years 2026-2027. The tender is divided into three lots. The framework agreements have estimated values of net 709,777,242 Ft (Lot 1), net 870,039,891 Ft (Lot 2), and net 559,112,867 Ft (Lot 3). The contracting authority commits to drawing down at least 70% of each respective framework amount. Lot 1 includes 74 listed and locally protected buildings and 9,234 other buildings and structures. Lot 2 includes 75 listed and locally protected buildings and 11,325 other buildings and structures. Lot 3 includes 15 listed and locally protected buildings and 5,442 other buildings and structures. The exact specification of tasks will be provided in individual orders as needed.
